The Extreme Ownership concept developed by US Navy SEALs Jocko Willink and Leif Babin has greatly influenced the topics we cover. We work closely with their consulting company, Echelon Front, and systematically preach their mindset and principles mixed with our experiences here in Europe.

What to expect?

Zoom sessions will be flexible and may be split into 8 x 30- minute versions. Every aspect of the program is flexible.

How effective is online training?

Through our experience, it is very efficient. Efficiency does not rely on training methods, but rather the will of the trainee. We do not let the environment dictate the quality, we choose the path!

How long is the Mentorship Program?

The length of the training will be configured based on the timeline of the trainee. Typically, the program lasts from 1-4 months. Training configuration will be introduced on the free call.

What happens after the Program?

There will be multiple cost-effective ways to maintain the training. We will always be ready to support, but our intent is to provide the tools and necessary mindset that the trainee is able to handle most of the situations on their own.
